**Tex. Fam. Code § 201.017. IMMUNITY.** An associate judge appointed under this subchapter has the judicial immunity of a district judge. All existing immunity granted an associate judge by law, express or implied, continues in full force and effect. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
