**Tex. Fam. Code § 203.002. ESTABLISHMENT OF DOMESTIC RELATIONS OFFICE.** A commissioners court may establish a domestic relations office. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995. Renumbered from Family Code Sec. 203.003 and amended by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 475, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
