**Tex. Fam. Code § 231.001. DESIGNATION OF TITLE IV-D AGENCY.** The office of the attorney general is designated as the state's Title IV-D agency. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
