**Tex. Fam. Code § 231.0013. DEDICATION OF FUNDS.** Appropriations made to the Title IV-D agency for child support enforcement may be expended only for the purposes for which the money was appropriated. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 420, Sec. 16, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
