**Tex. Fam. Code § 231.008. DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.** (a) The Title IV-D agency shall deposit money received under assignments or as fees in a special fund in the state treasury. The agency may spend money in the fund for the administration of this chapter, subject to the General Appropriations Act. (b) All other money received under this chapter shall be deposited in a special fund in the state treasury. (c) Sections 403.094 and 403.095, Government Code, do not apply to a fund described by this section. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
