**Tex. Fam. Code § 231.014. PERSONNEL.** The director of the Title IV-D agency shall provide to the employees of the Title IV-D agency, as often as necessary, information regarding the requirements for employment under this title, including information regarding a person's responsibilities under applicable laws relating to standards of conduct for state employees. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 556, Sec. 51, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
