**Tex. Fam. Code § 231.102. ELIGIBILITY FOR CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES.** The Title IV-D agency on application or as otherwise authorized by law may provide services for the benefit of a child without regard to whether the child has received public assistance. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
