**Tex. Fam. Code § 231.111. DISQUALIFICATION OF AGENCY.** A court shall not disqualify the Title IV-D agency in a legal action filed under this chapter or Part D of Title IV of the federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. Section 651 et seq.) on the basis that the agency has previously provided services to a party whose interests may now be adverse to the relief requested. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
