**Tex. Fam. Code § 231.120. TOLL-FREE TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR EMPLOYERS.** The Title IV-D agency shall maintain a toll-free telephone number at which personnel are available during normal business hours to answer questions from employers responsible for withholding child support. The Title IV-D agency shall inform employers about the toll-free telephone number. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 556, Sec. 54, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
