**Tex. Fam. Code § 231.203. STATE EXEMPTION FROM BOND NOT AFFECTED.** This subchapter does not affect, nor is this subchapter affected by, the exemption from bond provided by Section 6.001, Civil Practice and Remedies Code. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
