**Tex. Fam. Code § 233.002. AGREEMENTS ENCOURAGED.** To the extent permitted by this chapter, the Title IV-D agency shall encourage agreement of the parties. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995. Amended by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 341, Sec. 2.04, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
