**Tex. Fam. Code § 233.003. BILINGUAL FORMS REQUIRED.** A notice or other form used to implement administrative procedures under this chapter shall be printed in both Spanish and English. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995. Amended by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 341, Sec. 2.04, eff. Sept. 1, 1995. Redesignated from Family Code Sec. 231.403 and amended by Acts 1997 75th Leg., ch. 911, Sec. 80, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
