**Tex. Fam. Code § 233.011. RESCHEDULING NEGOTIATION CONFERENCE; NOTICE REQUIRED.** (a) The Title IV-D agency may reschedule or adjourn a negotiation conference on the request of any party. (b) The Title IV-D agency shall give all parties notice of a rescheduled conference not later than the third day before the date of the rescheduled conference. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995. Amended by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 341, Sec. 2.04, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
