**Tex. Fam. Code § 233.016. VACATING CHILD SUPPORT REVIEW ORDER.** (a) The Title IV-D agency may vacate a child support review order at any time before the order is filed with the court. (b) A new negotiation conference, with notice to all parties, may be scheduled or the Title IV-D agency may make a determination that a child support review order should not be issued and give notice of that determination as provided by this chapter. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995. Amended by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 341, Sec. 2.04, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
