**Tex. Fam. Code § 233.020. CONTENTS OF PETITION FOR CONFIRMATION OF NONAGREED ORDER.** (a) A petition for confirmation of a child support review order not agreed to by the parties: (1) must include the final review order as an attachment to the petition; and (2) may include a waiver of service executed under Section 233.018 and an agreement to appear in court for a hearing. (b) Documentary evidence relied on by the Title IV-D agency, including, if applicable, an acknowledgment of paternity or a written report of a parentage testing expert, shall be filed with the clerk as exhibits to the petition, but are not required to be served on the parties.
