**Tex. Fam. Code § 233.022. FORM TO REQUEST A COURT HEARING ON NONAGREED ORDER.** (a) A court shall consider any responsive pleading that is intended as an objection to confirmation of a child support review order not agreed to by the parties, including a general denial, as a request for a court hearing. (b) The Title IV-D agency shall: (1) make available to each clerk of court copies of the form to request a court hearing on a nonagreed review order; and (2) provide the form to request a court hearing to a party to the child support review proceeding on request of the party. (c) The clerk shall furnish the form to a party to the child support review proceeding on the request of the party. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
