**Tex. Fam. Code § 234.103. CONTRACTS AND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS.** The Title IV-D agency may enter into cooperative agreements and contracts as necessary to create and operate the directory authorized under this subchapter. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 911, Sec. 94, eff. Sept. 1, 1997. Amended by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 178, Sec. 13, eff. Aug. 30, 1999.
