**Tex. Fam. Code § 3.002. COMMUNITY PROPERTY.** Community property consists of the property, other than separate property, acquired by either spouse during marriage. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 7, Sec. 1, eff. April 17, 1997.
