**Tex. Fam. Code § 3.101. MANAGING SEPARATE PROPERTY.** Each spouse has the sole management, control, and disposition of that spouse's separate property. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 7, Sec. 1, eff. April 17, 1997.
