**Tex. Fam. Code § 6.006. LIVING APART.** The court may grant a divorce in favor of either spouse if the spouses have lived apart without cohabitation for at least three years. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 7, Sec. 1, eff. April 17, 1997.
