**Tex. Fam. Code § 6.408. SERVICE OF CITATION.** Citation on the filing of an original petition in a suit for dissolution of a marriage shall be issued and served as in other civil cases. Citation may also be served on any other person who has or who may assert an interest in the suit for dissolution of the marriage. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 7, Sec. 1, eff. April 17, 1997.
