**Tex. Fam. Code § 8.062. PLACE OF PAYMENT.** If an obligor is ordered to pay an obligee maintenance under this chapter and child support under Chapter 154, the court shall order the payment of maintenance to the state disbursement unit as provided by Chapter 234. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 552 (S.B. 286), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2021.
