**Tex. Fam. Code § 8.151. TIME LIMIT.** The court may issue an order or writ for withholding under this chapter at any time before all spousal maintenance and arrearages are paid. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 807, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
