**Tex. Fam. Code § 8.204. EMPLOYER MAY DEDUCT FEE FROM EARNINGS.** An employer may deduct an administrative fee of not more than $5 each month from the obligor's disposable earnings in addition to the amount withheld as spousal maintenance. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 807, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
