**Tex. Fam. Code § 8.265. REMITTANCE OF AMOUNT TO BE WITHHELD.** The obligor's employer shall remit the amount withheld to the person or office named in the writ on each pay date and shall include with the remittance the date on which the withholding occurred. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 807, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
