**Tex. Fam. Code § 82.022. REQUEST BY RESPONDENT FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER.** To apply for a protective order, a respondent to an application for a protective order must file a separate application. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 34, Sec. 1, eff. May 5, 1997.
