**Tex. Fam. Code § 83.003. BOND NOT REQUIRED.** The court, at the court's discretion, may dispense with the necessity of a bond for a temporary ex parte order. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 34, Sec. 1, eff. May 5, 1997.
