**Tex. Fam. Code § 85.004. PROTECTIVE ORDER IN SUIT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE.** A protective order in a suit for dissolution of a marriage must be in a separate document entitled "PROTECTIVE ORDER." Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 34, Sec. 1, eff. May 5, 1997.
