**Tex. Fam. Code § 88.001. SHORT TITLE.** This chapter may be cited as the Uniform Interstate Enforcement of Domestic Violence Protection Orders Act. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 48, Sec. 2, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
