TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (March 1, 2026) Rule 148 — SECURED BY OTHER BOND PART II - RULES OF PRACTICE IN DISTRICT AND COUNTY COURTS Rule 148: SECURED BY OTHER BOND No further security shall be required if the costs are secured by the provisions of an attachment or other bond filed by the party required to give security for costs.
