TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (March 1, 2026) Rule 218 — JURY DOCKET PART II - RULES OF PRACTICE IN DISTRICT AND COUNTY COURTS Rule 218: JURY DOCKET The clerks of the district and county courts shall each keep a docket, styled "The Jury Docket," in which shall be entered in their order the cases in which jury fees have been paid or affidavit in lieu thereof has been filed as provided in the two preceding rules.
