TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (March 1, 2026) Rule 226 — OATH TO JURY PANEL PART II - RULES OF PRACTICE IN DISTRICT AND COUNTY COURTS Rule 226: OATH TO JURY PANEL Before the parties or their attorneys begin the examination of the jurors whose names have thus been listed, the jurors shall be sworn by the court or under its direction, as follows: "You, and each of you, do solemnly swear that you will true answers give to all questions propounded to you concerning your qualifications as a juror, so help you God."
