TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (March 1, 2026) Rule 261 — TRANSCRIPT ON CHANGE PART II - RULES OF PRACTICE IN DISTRICT AND COUNTY COURTS Rule 261: TRANSCRIPT ON CHANGE When a change of venue has been granted, the clerk shall immediately make out a correct transcript of all the orders made in said cause, certifying thereto officially under the seal of the court, and send the same, with the original papers in the cause, to the clerk of the court to which the venue has been changed.
