TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (March 1, 2026) Rule 592b — FORM OF ATTACHMENT BOND PART VI - RULES RELATING TO ANCILLARY PROCEEDINGS Rule 592b: FORM OF ATTACHMENT BOND The following form of bond may be used: "The State of Texas, County of ______________, "We, the undersigned, as principal, and and as sureties, acknowledge ourselves bound to pay to C.D. the sum of dollars, conditioned that the above bound plaintiff in attachment against the said C.D., defendant, will prosecute his said suit to effect, and that he will pay all such damages and costs to the extent of penal amount of this bond as shall be adjudged against him for wrongfully suing out such attachment.
