TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (March 1, 2026) Rule 607 — REPORT OF DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY PART VI - RULES RELATING TO ANCILLARY PROCEEDINGS Rule 607: REPORT OF DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY When the property levied on is claimed, replevied or sold, or otherwise disposed of after the writ has been returned, the officer having the custody of the same shall immediately make a report in writing, signed by him officially, to the clerk, or justice of the peace, as the case may be, showing such disposition of the property.
