TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (March 1, 2026) Rule 636 — INDORSEMENTS BY OFFICER PART VI - RULES RELATING TO ANCILLARY PROCEEDINGS Rule 636: INDORSEMENTS BY OFFICER The officer receiving the execution shall indorse thereon the exact hour and day when he received it.
