TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (March 1, 2026) Rule 693 — PRINCIPLES OF EQUITY APPLICABLE PART VI - RULES RELATING TO ANCILLARY PROCEEDINGS Rule 693: PRINCIPLES OF EQUITY APPLICABLE The principles, practice and procedure governing courts of equity shall govern proceedings in injunctions when the same are not in conflict with these rules or the provisions of the statutes.
