**Tex. R. Civ. P. 693a. Bond in Divorce Case.** RULE 693a. BOND IN DIVORCE CASE In a divorce case the court in its discretion may dispense with the necessity of a bond in connection with an ancillary injunction in behalf of one spouse against the other.
