TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (March 1, 2026) Rule 712 — RETURN OF ORDER PART VI - RULES RELATING TO ANCILLARY PROCEEDINGS Rule 712: RETURN OF ORDER The officer making such sale shall, within five days thereafter, return the order of sale to the court from whence the same issued, with his proceedings thereon, and shall, at the time of making such return, pay over to the clerk or justice of the peace the proceeds of such sale.
