TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (March 1, 2026) Rule 715 — RETURN OF BOND PART VI - RULES RELATING TO ANCILLARY PROCEEDINGS Rule 715: RETURN OF BOND The bond provided for in the preceding rule shall be returned by the officer taking the same to the clerk or justice of the peace from whose court the order of sale issued, with such order, and shall be filed among the papers in the cause.
