TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (March 1, 2026) Rule 779 — JOINDER OF PARTIES PART VII - RULES RELATING TO SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS Rule 779: JOINDER OF PARTIES When it appears to the court or judge that the several rights of divers parties to the same office or franchise may properly be determined on one information, the court or judge may give leave to join all such persons in the same information in order to try their respective rights to such office or franchise.
