TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (March 1, 2026) Rule 795 — RULES IN OTHER CASES OBSERVED PART VII - RULES RELATING TO SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS Rule 795: RULES IN OTHER CASES OBSERVED The trial shall be conducted according to the rules of pleading, practice and evidence in other cases in the district court and conformable to the principles of trial by ejectment, except as otherwise provided by these rules.
