TEXAS RULES OF EVIDENCE (September 1, 2025) Rule 512 — Privileged Matter Disclosed Under Compulsion or Without ARTICLE V. — PRIVILEGES Rule 512: Privileged Matter Disclosed Under Compulsion or Without Opportunity to Claim Privilege A privilege claim is not defeated by a disclosure that was: (a) compelled erroneously; or (b) made without opportunity to claim the privilege.
