TEXAS RULES OF EVIDENCE (September 1, 2025) Rule 603 — Oath or Affirmation to Testify Truthfully ARTICLE VI. — WITNESSES Rule 603: Oath or Affirmation to Testify Truthfully Before testifying, a witness must give an oath or affirmation to testify truthfully.
